Findlay Ward Relaxing

Findlay Ward is an author passionate about empowering women through her writing. Her debut novel, which she self-published, centers on a close-knit family over several generations as they confront domestic violence. Through her powerful writing, Ward hopes to shed light on this important issue and inspire women to take control of their lives.

After twenty-three years in the corporate world in Toronto, Canada, she spent the next ten years enjoying a semi-nomadic existence in four states (Nevada, Tennessee, Arizona, Utah, and back to Arizona) and two Canadian provinces (British Columbia and Alberta). She has a BA in Psychology from York University. Her debut novel is a testament to her keen observations of people and the public and private lives they live.

Should you seek this elusive author, start by combing the small hamlets in Alberta, Canada. Follow the lowing of cattle to an obscure, single-lane dirt road. Turn left. When you squint through the trees, you may catch sight of Findlay, her husband Peter, or their dog Zoey.
