About the Author

FINDLAY WARD has always been captivated by mystery, storytelling, and the intricacies of human nature. With a BA in Psychology, she brings a keen understanding of behavior and motivation to her writing—driven by a lifelong curiosity about why people do what they do. Her debut novel, Said the Spider to the Fly, first self-published in 2024, is now being relaunched as the opening installment in the Poetic Justice series.

Raised on a steady diet of Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys adventures, Findlay developed an early love for suspense and emotionally layered characters. Today, she writes from her rural Alberta home, where she can often be found reading on the back deck, accompanied by her husband, her dog, and the ever presence of wandering wildlife.
